Payment Terms

Payments are to be made prior to the lesson 24 hours in advance, Details on request for bank transfers however cash during the lesson is also accepted.

I can offer block bookings and deals for drivers on request, block bookings and payments for are to be used within a specific time as agreed at time of offer and agreed deals. i.e. 5 lessons blocks booked must be used within 5 weeks of payment.

Cancellations

Lessons are generally agreed and planned following each lesson for the next week, it is the drivers responsibility to remember and schedule their own time, if for any reason the planned lesson can't go ahead, 48 hours notice is required, if the lesson is cancelled within 48 hours a £25.00 charge will be expected to cover lost time if the lesson slot is not refilled with another driver, if the lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the planned lesson, full payment of the lesson will be taken.

If for undue circumstances a driver isn't able to make a lesson in these timelines and is willing to reschedule within 5 days of the planned lesson, cancellation fees will be exempt.

It is understandable that some drivers may experience situations that cannot be helped within 24 hours and this will be taken into consideration and be exempt from a fee.
